2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Legal Notice regulates the access, navigation and use of the Website, notwithstanding the fact that BIZNEO reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Website, as well as the conditions required for its access and/or use. Modifications to the terms and conditions of this Legal Notice will be published in the same form in which it appears or through any type of communication addressed to the Users. The access and use of the contents of the Website after the entry into force of its modifications or changes implies the acceptance of the same.
However, access to certain content and the use of certain services may be subject to certain special conditions, which will be clearly displayed in any case. These particular conditions may replace, supplement or, where appropriate, modify the terms of this Legal Notice. In case of contradiction, these particular conditions shall prevail.
3. ACCESS AND REGISTRATION
In order to access certain sections of the Web Site it is necessary for Users to register and/or provide their personal data. When accessing these sections, Users will be duly informed of the applicable Privacy Policy, so that they can expressly accept it.
Under no circumstances shall BIZNEO be responsible for the veracity of the registration data provided by the Users, and each User shall be solely responsible for the possible consequences, errors and mistakes that may arise from the inaccuracy of the data, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
It is an essential requirement to register as a User to be junior of eighteen (18) years of age and to provide all the data required and listed as mandatory.
Likewise, the registered User assumes that the password and the User account are personal and non-transferable.
The password must be generated by the User in accordance with the rules of strength and complexity established from time to time by BIZNEO. The password created by the User shall be valid for an unlimited period of time, subject only to the time the Website, or the section of the Website requiring access by password, remains active.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User may change his/her password at any time, by means of the tools made available by BIZNEO through the Website.
The User undertakes to make diligent use of his/her password and to keep it secret, and may not transmit it to any third party. Consequently, the Users shall be responsible for the proper custody and confidentiality of any identifiers and/or passwords that they have selected as registered Users, and undertake not to transfer their use to third parties, whether temporary or permanent, nor to allow third parties to access their account. The User shall be responsible for the lawful use of the Website, and shall be liable for any damage caused by a third party accessing the Website using his or her access credentials.
By virtue of the foregoing, it is the User's obligation to immediately notify the Owner of any fact that allows the misuse of identifiers and / or passwords, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access to them, in order to proceed to their immediate cancellation. As long as such facts are not communicated, BIZNEO shall be exempt from any liability that may arise from the misuse of identifiers or passwords by unauthorized third parties.
3.2. CANCELLATION AS A REGISTERED USER
The User may, at any time, request to be deregistered from the Website, by means of a written communication indicating his/her identification data.
In any case, once the User has been deregistered, the User may request a new registration, subject to BIZNEO's right not to accept such registration in the specific cases specified in the clause entitled "Website Terms of Use" or in the event of a conflict or dispute between the parties.
4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
BIZNEO is the owner or, if applicable, has the corresponding licenses on the intellectual and industrial property exploitation rights of the Website, as well as of all the contents offered on the Website, including, but not limited to, the Website itself, texts, photographs or illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, interfaces, or any other information or content, and the services available through the Website.
Under no circumstances shall access, browsing and use of the Website by the User or the use, acquisition and/or contracting of products or services offered through the Website imply a waiver, transfer, license or total or partial assignment of such rights by BIZNEO. The User has the right to use the contents and/or services of the Website within a strictly domestic scope and solely for the purpose of enjoying the services provided in accordance with this Legal Notice.
References to registered trademarks or trade names, or other distinctive signs, whether owned by BIZNEO or by third parties, imply a prohibition on their use without the consent of BIZNEO or their legitimate owners. At no time, unless expressly stated to the contrary, does access, browsing or use of the Website and/or its contents confer on the User any right over any distinctive signs included therein.
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents and/or services of the Website are reserved and, in particular, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reproduce, publicly communicate, transform or distribute, by any means and under any form, all or part of the contents included in the Website, for public or commercial purposes, without the prior, express and written authorization of BIZNEO or, if applicable, of the holder of the corresponding rights.
Likewise, it is forbidden to remove or manipulate the copyright indications or other credits that identify the holders of the rights of the contents that the User finds on the Website, as well as the technical protection devices, digital fingerprints, or any protection mechanism or information incorporated to the contents offered on the Website.
In the event that the User sends information of any kind to BIZNEO through any of the channels provided for this purpose, the User declares, guarantees and accepts that he/she has the right to do so freely, that such information does not infringe any intellectual or industrial property rights, trade secrets or any other rights of third parties, and that such information is not confidential or harmful to third parties.
If the User becomes aware of the existence of any content that is illicit, illegal, contrary to the law or that could involve an infringement of intellectual and/or industrial property rights, he/she must immediately notify BIZNEO through the e-mail address so that it can proceed to the adoption of the appropriate measures.
Similarly, in the event that any User or third party considers that any of the contents of the Website owned by BIZNEO infringes its intellectual and/or industrial property rights, as well as any other rights, it must send a communication to BIZNEO with the following information:
- Identification data and means of contact of the claimant or its legal representative.
- Documentation that accredits its condition of holder of the allegedly infringed rights.
- Detailed account of the rights allegedly infringed by BIZNEO, as well as their exact location within the Website.

5.1. Links to other web pages
In the event that links to other websites are displayed on the Website by means of different buttons, links, banners, embedded contents, etc., BIZNEO informs that these would be directly managed by third parties. BIZNEO has neither the power nor the human or technical means to know in advance and/or control and/or approve all the information, contents, products or services provided by other platforms to which links may be established from the Website.
Consequently, BIZNEO cannot assume any liability for any aspect related to the Website or web page to which a link may be established from the Website, specifically, but not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general.

6. RULES FOR USE OF THE WEB SITE
It is not permitted, and therefore the consequences will be the sole responsibility of the User, to access or use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, with or without economic purpose. In particular, and without the following list being absolute, it is forbidden:

Failure by the User to comply with any of the above obligations may result in the adoption by BIZNEO of the necessary measures, up to and including the deletion or blocking of the offending User's account, without entitling the User to any compensation whatsoever.
In order for the Website to be a safe environment, and to protect our Users, it is strictly forbidden to publish contents:
- That may be considered as a violation in any way of the fundamental rights to honor, personal and family privacy or self-image of third parties and, especially, of minors;
- That include photographs that collect images or personal data of third parties without having obtained the appropriate consent of their owners;
- That violate the secrecy of communications or that involve an infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights or of the rules regulating the protection of personal data;

BIZNEO does not control the content posted by Users on the Website and assumes no responsibility for such content. However, BIZNEO reserves the right to supervise and/or moderate any content published by Users and, in the event that such content violates this Legal Notice, to edit or delete it.
Likewise, if the User finds any information or content on the Website that may be inappropriate, contrary to current regulations, or contrary to the conditions set forth on the Website, please inform BIZNEO immediately through the different means provided for this purpose.
7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
BIZNEO cannot guarantee the reliability, usefulness or accuracy of absolutely all the information and/or services of the Website, nor the usefulness or accuracy of the documentation made available through the Website.
Consequently, BIZNEO does not guarantee and shall not be liable for: (i) the continuity of the Website contents; (ii) the absence of errors in said contents; (iii) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components in the Website or in the server that supplies it; (iv) the invulnerability of the Website and/or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted therein; (v) the lack of usefulness or performance of the contents of the Website; and (vi) any damage or harm caused, to itself or to a third party, by any person who infringes the conditions, rules and instructions established by BIZNEO on the Website or through the infringement of the security systems of the Website.

If the User becomes aware of the existence of any content that is illicit, illegal, contrary to the law or that could infringe the rights of third parties, he/she must immediately notify BIZNEO so that it can proceed to the adoption of the appropriate measures.
BIZNEO shall not be liable for the accuracy, completeness or updating of the information published on the Website from external sources, nor for the information contained on other platforms to which the Website links. BIZNEO shall not be liable for any possible damages that may arise from the use of such information.
8. COMMUNICATION CHANNEL
BIZNEO makes available to its Users a channel through which they may communicate and inform BIZNEO of the existence of any content which the User considers to be contrary to the law or which infringes the legitimate rights of third parties.
If the User becomes aware of any of the above circumstances, he/she shall immediately inform BIZNEO, so that the latter may review the content communicated and, if necessary, proceed to remove or disable it, by writing to
9. SUSPENSION OF THE WEB SITE
BIZNEO reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, the access, browsing, use, hosting and/or downloading of the content and/or use of services of the Website, with or without prior notice, to Users who contravene any of the provisions detailed in this Legal Notice, without the User being able to claim any compensation for this reason.
10. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals' data, all personal data provided to or obtained by BIZNEO during the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, that all Users must expressly accept in order to register and access the Web Site.
The headings of the various clauses are for information purposes only, and shall not affect, qualify or expand the interpretation of this Legal Notice. Likewise, BIZNEO may modify the terms and conditions stipulated herein, totally or partially, by publishing any change in the same form in which this Legal Notice appears or through any type of communication addressed to the Users.
The temporary validity of this Legal Notice coincides, therefore, with the time of its exposure, until it is modified in whole or in part, at which time the modified Legal Notice will become effective.
Regardless of the provisions of the particular conditions that may be established, BIZNEO may terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, access to the contents of the Website, without the possibility for the User to claim any compensation whatsoever. After such termination, the prohibitions of use of the contents set out above in this Legal Notice shall remain in force.
Furthermore, if the User breaches this Legal Notice, BIZNEO may suspend or terminate the User's account automatically and without prior notice, and in no event shall such suspension or termination entitle the User to any compensation whatsoever. For these purposes, BIZNEO informs that it may inform and collaborate in a timely manner with the competent police and judicial authorities if it detects any infringement of the legislation in force or if it suspects that a crime has been committed.
The contracting of any product and/or payment service offered by BIZNEO through the Web Site shall be regulated by the general and/or particular conditions of each specific service provided for such purpose.
In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of this Legal Notice and the particular conditions of each specific service of the Website, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
In the event that any provision of this Legal Notice is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions thereof.
The failure of BIZNEO to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by BIZNEO.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The legislation in force shall determine the laws that shall govern and the jurisdiction that shall have jurisdiction over the relations between BIZNEO and the Users. However, whenever such regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the litigation shall be applicable to any litigious matter arising from or related to this Web Site. Likewise, BIZNEO and the Users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
